2. How may I contact BOL customer support service?

You may do it so preferably by e-mail at [email protected] or alternatively by phone at the number 214 160 350 from 9:30am till 5:30pm.

3. I made a purchase but I still haven't received the tickets in my e-mail box?

Only after a successful payment will the tickets be sent to your e-mail. Check your SPAM folder to make sure the e-mail wasn't considered as spam. Add @bol.pt domain to your trusted addresses list to ensure that you receive all our e-mails. You must assure you have enough free space available in your e-mail box (approximately 1Mb for ticket/card). You can present your tickets on your mobile phone at the entrance to the event. Alternatively, you can print the tickets from your login area under the option “Purchases”.

4. Do I need to exchange the tickets at the event boxoffice?

No, printed or electronic tickets will be validated at event entry by barcode scanners and don't need exchanging.

5. I don't have a credit card, can I buy at BOL?

Yes. You may pay at a Portuguese ATM. You should follow these 3 simple steps:

Chose “Portuguese ATM” in the payment method. System will generate a Portuguese ATM reference and entity that you must keep to proceed with the payment. That information is displayed at purchase summary and also sent to your e-mail.
Head to an ATM or use your home banking service and choose the option “Services Payment”. There you should use the information that was displayed at the website and sent to your e-mail.
Tickets will be sent to your email so that you can present them on your mobile phone at the entrance of the event. Alternatively, you can print the ticket in PDF format.

You can also purchase your tickets throught Paypal (purchases over 30€).

6. Is Credit Card payment safe?

The webpage where you enter your credit card information is a secure page that assures confidentiality of data transmission between the website and the costumer through a Redunicre Secure Server encrypted SSL communication.

7. Is there any extra cost by buying online?

Yes. There is an associated transaction cost of 6% on acquired items price plus VAT.

8. Do I need to register to buy tickets?

No. Registration is only necessary if you wish to reuse contact information for a future purchase, view and manage completed purchases and receive up to date information on events available at BilheteiraOnline according to your preferences.

9. I'm not able to pay at RedUnicre website. What must I do?

Review entered information and confirm that the used credit card doesn't have an associated PIN. Alternatively, you can use other Visa card or Mastercard, or MBNET service. Alternatively, you can use ATM reference payment at your home banking website in “Services Payment” option. We also advise you to contact your bank in order to verify if the 3D Security is activate.

10. Is it possible to change or refund a ticket?

No exchanges or returns are accepted for tickets.

11. How can I activate my ticket insurance?

Once your tickets are insured, we inform that you should contact directly the Insurance Company. You can start participaiting on the link, creating a new registration in the following link: https://bol-reembolsos.rnasite.com/pt/. Further on, all the communications of the Insurance Company are made throught the plataform. Support Line RNA Seguros: 210 443 675. If you have any further inquiries, please let us know.?

12. Where can I get additional information on events?

BilheteiraOnline doesn't have any more information than the one displayed at the website. However, you can send us an email asking your questions at [email protected] that we'll forward to the related Company.

13. Why is ATM payment unavailable?

ATM is normally available until 48h before the event and only for payments larger than 15€. Exceptionally, by producer's choice, some events might not have this payment method available.

14. The ticket has a name and tax information that are not mine.

The name and tax information on the ticket belong to the Promoter of the Event. This information must be included on the ticket.

15. Can I buy tickets at the day of the event?

Yes, it is possible to buy tickets on the the day of the event. In order to receive automatically your tickets on your email, the payment methods are credit card or Paypal (purchases over 30€).

16. Can I buy tickets for different events?

Yes. You can buy tickets for different events in the same purchase.

17. May I give my tickets to someone else?

Yes, your ticket is transferable. If the ticket has the name of the owner printed on it, please send your question to [email protected]

18. Can I print the tickets in black and white?

Yes you can. What you need to guarantee is that the barcode is readable.

19. What are the payment methods available at BOL website?

You can make the payment throught credit card, ATM reference payment at your home banking website in “Services Payment” (available for purchases over 10€), Paypal (available for purchases over 30€) or Klarna (available for purchases over 50€).

20. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE MONEY TO BE WITHDRAW FROM MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD?

The amount paid will be automatically withdrawn from your debit/credit card after confirmation of successfully payment confirmed by the responsible entity.

21. How many tickets can I buy?

You can buy up to a maximum of 10 tickets for each purchase.

22. Which browser should I use on BOL website?

BilheteiraOnline is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox e Safari. There might be unforeseen situations displaying the website contents on older versions of the browsers referred and in other browsers.

23. How can I use my gift code?

If you have made your payment after the stipulated dealine, you will receive a Gift Code by email to use in a new purchase at BOL.pt. When making a new purchase, in the payment options, please choose "Gift Code", and insert the code that you have received on your email.
